The Cheapest GLP-1 Providers, by Standing Monthly Rate

“Cheapest” only means something if the number survives month two. This board ranks on the standing rate — never an introductory month, never a prepaid year divided out to look smaller than it is — and shows each seller’s lowest published figure across the molecules it sells.

The shortlist

45 providers, side by side

Ordered by the lowest standing monthly figure each seller publishes, across every molecule and form it sells. Introductory and multi-month figures are excluded from the ordering. A seller that publishes no price is omitted entirely rather than ranked last: leaving it in would imply we checked and found it expensive, when what we found is that it will not say.

We never show a fabricated price or rating. Facts are shown only where a provider publishes them.

How this board is built

Several sellers advertise $25 a month. None of them supplies a GLP-1 at that rate on an ongoing basis; the middle of this market is near $175. Those offers are real, and they are also first fills that revert, so they are excluded from the ranking here rather than allowed to occupy the top of a page about cost. Each one still appears on its own review page with the figure and the caveat together.

One assumption worth dropping before reading down the column: that the oral form is the budget option. Sellers price oral and injection independently, and the direction is not consistent. Idgie Health charges $134 for injectable semaglutide and $287 for the oral — more than double for the tablet. Compare by seller, not by category.

What a low monthly price does and does not buy

The most useful question to ask a cheap seller is what the month includes. Some prices carry the consult, the full titration and shipping; others charge for each separately, and the gap between two headline figures can close entirely once everything is added.

The second question is what happens as the dose climbs. Both molecules titrate upward over months. A seller holding one figure across the ladder and a seller charging per milligram can start at the same price and finish a year hundreds of dollars apart, and almost nobody puts that policy in the hero.

What a low price does not change is the regulatory position. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are prepared against a prescription and are not FDA-approved or reviewed for safety, efficacy or quality before dispensing — at any price on this board.

How we judge sellers

  • Price transparencyCan you find what a month costs — for the molecule and the form you want — before creating an account, and does the seller's own site agree with itself?
  • Honest headlineIs the figure the seller leads with the figure it bills? A price that needs a twelve-month prepay, or that is struck through from an anchor nobody pays, is a different number from a standing monthly rate.
  • Dose-ladder pricingDoes the price hold as your dose escalates, or is it re-set at every step? This is the difference most buyers only discover in month three.
  • AccessHow many states the seller ships to, and whether it covers more than one molecule or delivery form.

We never show a fabricated price or rating, and access notes appear only where a provider publishes them. Pricing and availability change often — confirm current details on the provider’s own site.

Common questions

What is the cheapest GLP-1 provider?
The lowest standing rate on this board is the answer, and the table is ordered so you can see it. Sellers advertising $25 are not included in that ordering: those are first-fill offers rather than ongoing rates, and ranking them first would misrepresent what a year costs.
Why is the price I see advertised lower than the one here?
Because the advertised figure is often not the standing rate. Sellers lead with introductory months, first-order coupons, and prepaid quarters or years divided out to a smaller-looking monthly number. Maximus publishes this openly — $249.99 on one month against $150.32 on twelve. We rank the figure you would be billed on month two.
Is cheaper compounded semaglutide lower quality?
Price will not tell you. Most sellers do not name the compounding pharmacy, and few publish the dose the monthly figure buys. A cheaper month at an undisclosed quantity is an unknown rather than a bargain or a warning.
Are there costs beyond the monthly price?
Frequently. A consult fee, a membership, or shipping can sit outside the product price. Read the total charged in the first month rather than the headline number, and check whether the figure holds when your dose increases.
Is the oral version cheaper than injections?
Not reliably. Sellers price the two independently and not in a consistent direction — on this roster the largest gap runs the other way, with the oral costing more than double the injection from the same seller. Compare a seller's own two figures rather than assuming a category is cheaper.
