Our verdict
MadeMed sells four GLP-1 products and offers two plans on each. The monthly plan prints $0 per month on all four pages, which is not a price a buyer can act on. The other is a 90-Day Titration Plan, quoted per refill and billed every three months: $239 for injectable semaglutide, $219 oral, $399 injectable tirzepatide, $299 oral. The weight-loss category page meanwhile advertises From $199/mo for that same injectable semaglutide, so the site carries two incompatible figures for one medication.

How it works
New patients are directed to a ninety-day titration plan described as stepping the dose up gradually over three months. A dose selector on each product page lists the strengths on offer and returns a price for the one chosen. MadeMed does not accept insurance and does not accept FSA or HSA cards.
Pricing transparency
The product pages quote injectable semaglutide at $239 per refill, oral semaglutide at $219, injectable tirzepatide at $399 and oral tirzepatide at $299, each billed every three months. Every one of those pages also shows a monthly plan priced at $0. The weight-loss category page prices the same four products at $199, $179, $369 and $279 a month, and nothing reconciles the two sets.
Branded vs compounded
Compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide, injectable and sublingual. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, efficacy or quality before dispensing. The injectable semaglutide is described as enhanced with B12 and the injectable tirzepatide with L-carnitine. The dispensing pharmacy is described only as a licensed US pharmacy.
