Most sellers in this category bury a commitment inside a headline figure. MadeMed removes the alternative instead: nothing is sold by the month, and a buyer's first decision is three months or six. The From $199 on the front is the six-month injectable rate; the quarterly rate is $239 and arrives as a single $717 charge. The second oddity is directional — the oral preparations undercut the injections on both molecules, which reverses the usual order.
