Clinic Secret review
Price behind a form
Clinic Secret charges $297 a month with $100 off a first month, and publishes that figure nowhere a buyer can read it before handing over a name and an email address.
Our verdict
The standing rate is $297 a month for compounded semaglutide and the same for compounded tirzepatide, with a first month at $197 under a site-wide new-member promotion. No membership fee is charged, and syringes and instructions ship with the medication. The problem is where the number lives. The health assessment runs through weight goal, gender, height, date of birth and state without showing a price, and then asks for a first name, last name and email address. A buyer has to identify themselves before learning what the treatment costs.

What it is
A telehealth service running three programs: compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide for weight loss, sermorelin for muscle recovery, and a pentadeca arginate protocol for pain and knee healing.
How it works
An online health assessment reviewed by a prescribing physician, with no in-person visit required. Clinic Secret states that 17 physicians across the country review intake forms personally. Medication ships nationally, with delivery stated at three days or less. The state list inside the assessment covers all 50 states and the District of Columbia.
Pricing transparency
The standing price is $297 a month for either molecule. A site-wide banner reads "New Member Promo - $100 Off 1st Month", which brings a first month to $197 and leaves $297 from month two. Clinic Secret states that it charges no membership fees and that every supply needed to start, including syringes and instructions, is included. None of those figures appears on the homepage, the treatment sections or the assessment itself, and the site's own scripts carry no price either.
Branded vs compounded
Compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide as weekly injections. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, efficacy or quality before dispensing. Clinic Secret states that all medications are compounded at regulated, certified US pharmacies and that it does not use overseas suppliers, without naming the facility. No milligram strength appears anywhere on the public site.
