Navio MD publishes a complete dose ladder rather than a floor. Compounded tirzepatide is $189 a month at 2.5mg, 5mg and 7.5mg, and $209 at 10mg, 12.5mg and 15mg, a $20 step across the entire titration. Zepbound runs $445, $545 and $595 over that same range. The dispensing pharmacy is named and no membership is required. The catalog has also narrowed to one molecule: there is no semaglutide product here, branded or compounded.
