Our verdict
Invyncible publishes the vial size, an example weekly milligram dose and the number of weeks each vial is expected to cover, which makes its prices readable rather than decorative. The pricing problem sits inside that same disclosure. All five tirzepatide programs are labeled four weeks, so $210 buys four weeks and works out at $228 a month once thirteen fills a year are counted. Semaglutide is looser: the starter and 5 mg vials are described as about five weeks and the 10 mg vial as about four, so one price covers three different terms. Nine states are excluded, and the excluded list is not the same for both molecules.
