Our verdict
Levers sells deliberately small doses and, unusually for this category, says exactly how small. Semaglutide microdosing tops out at 0.25 mg a week and low-dose at 0.5 mg; tirzepatide microdosing at 2.5 mg and low-dose at 5 mg, each with the total milligrams per shipment printed beside it. The $123 a month for semaglutide is honest arithmetic rather than a trick — the page itself says the box is billed and shipped every other month for $246 — but it is a rate no single payment matches. Shipping is free, no fee sits outside the price and cancellation is stated as anytime. The catch is scope: these are optimization doses, and a buyer wanting a full weight-loss titration needs the $396 any-dose plan instead.
