Medsol RX prints its compounded semaglutide injection as "$129/mo" on the twelve-month plan, and the line beneath reads "$1548 billed total" — one charge at signup for a year. The same shape repeats at six and three months, and on tirzepatide and the oral tablets. Pay month to month and semaglutide is $169 for the first month and $199 after, tirzepatide $239 then $259. The plan grid is the clearest pricing on the site; the product pages answer the same question with "$200-$550 per month" for semaglutide and "$250 to $1,400 per month" for tirzepatide.

Branded vs compounded
