Our verdict
Vital Edge does the hard part of pricing well: eleven weight-loss products carry a figure on the page, the consult and the shipping sit inside it, and the rate charged in month two matches the rate charged in month one. What it does badly is disclosure. Nothing on the site states that compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved, and a badge reading "FDA — Approved Meds" sits a few screens below the compounded cards. The cost entry in the FAQ then says pricing depends on the medication and dosage prescribed, which is the opposite of the flat-fee promise printed on every card.
