The pricing is honest about what it excludes and easy to read as though it were not. A footnote under every card states that medication is not available without an active Weight Loss Membership. That membership is $39 for the first month and $149 a month thereafter, billed separately. That makes the Wegovy pen $348 a month rather than $199, and Zepbound $448 rather than $299.
