Our verdict
Midi publishes four complete milligram ladders, with shipping and supplies inside the price and no membership charge layered on top. The term underneath those figures is a 4-week supply, printed in the header of every table. Thirteen 4-week fills fit inside a calendar year, so $165.90 is $179.73 a month rather than $165.90. A page that promises no surprises carries an eight percent one in its unit. The gap is arithmetic rather than a hidden fee, and it is the one figure on the page a reader has to work out instead of read.
