Our verdict
Nirwana's plan selector is complete and honest: four rungs per molecule per route, each with its own checkout link. Semaglutide injection runs $199 as a one-time month, $149 cancel-anytime, $133 quarterly and $99 on six months. The problem sits a screen below it. A block headed transparent pricing relabels the $149 cancel-anytime rate as an introductory rate. On the tirzepatide page it quotes $166 a month and $499 every three months, figures that buy no tirzepatide injection at all, because that ladder runs $279, $229, $199 and $133. The landing card adds a third answer, promising $149 for a first month and $249 after. A buyer reading top to bottom gets three incompatible accounts of one product.
