Our verdict
Care Clinics does a lot right that this category usually skips: the corporate entity is named, a compounding pharmacy is named, and the states served are listed one by one rather than waved at. The pricing is where it slips. The semaglutide plan sold as three months is spelled out as four three-week dose steps, which the page itself calls a twelve-week program, so the term is a month short of what the label implies. The tirzepatide program is worse: the home page prices it at $349 for three months while the tirzepatide page prices the same program at $399, with nothing on either page saying which figure a buyer is charged.

How it works
A video consultation with a licensed provider, then shipment from a compounding pharmacy. Booking takes a $40 deposit that is credited against the program price. A patient who wants the prescription sent to a pharmacy of their own choosing pays a $125 consultation fee instead, and the medication cost then falls outside anything the clinic quotes.

Semaglutide is $299 for the plan labeled three months and $259 for a seven-week plan, which rises to $329 for California residents. Tirzepatide is priced at $349 for three months on the home page and $399 on the tirzepatide page. The three-month semaglutide schedule is published as 0.5 mg for three weeks, 0.75 mg for three weeks, 1 mg for three weeks and 1.7 mg for the last three weeks — twelve weeks, not three calendar months. Extended plans run from $399 to $1,599 depending on dose and length.
Branded vs compounded
Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, injectable only. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, efficacy or quality before dispensing. The clinic names Partell Pharmacy as a 503A dispensing partner, which is rare in this category. Its own About page nonetheless calls semaglutide an FDA-approved treatment, which is true of the branded product and not of what ships here.
