Oria Meds publishes the thing most of this category withholds: the entire plan ladder, in dollars, beside the rate charged each cycle. Tirzepatide is $369 month to month, $316 on a 3-month plan billed $948, and $299 on a 6-month plan billed $1,794. Semaglutide is $199 month to month. It names its compounding pharmacy, states that no consultation, shipping or pharmacy fee is added, and says the price does not move when the dose does. One oddity sits in the middle of that clarity. On semaglutide the 3- and 6-month plans are $209 a month, ten dollars above the month-to-month rate, so committing longer costs more.
