Jyra advertises compounded semaglutide "Starting at $139/mo" and compounded tirzepatide at $179, and the billing toggle on the same card shows where those figures come from. One month of semaglutide is $175 and one month of tirzepatide is $199. The lower numbers are the per-month rate inside a three-month block totaling $417 or $537, paid at the start. Everything else about the pricing is clean: flat at every dose with no renewal increase, no membership fee, free express delivery, and no medication charge if a provider declines to prescribe. What is missing is a milligram dose, which appears nowhere on the site, so the flat-at-every-dose promise cannot be checked against a strength.
