Our verdict
HeliMeds sells twelve-week blocks, not months, and labels them by dividing the block price by three. Twelve weeks is 2.76 calendar months, so the any-dose semaglutide plan is $216 a month rather than the $199 printed on it, and the tirzepatide equivalent is $253 rather than $232. The $99 and $149 headlines buy the starter dose only. The semaglutide page states in the same footnote that the next four-week supply costs $239, which is the figure a continuing buyer actually faces. The genuine strength is that nothing auto-bills: each block is a single charge with no subscription behind it.
