Voxy review

Prepay buys the discount

Voxy prices both molecules on a four-rung ladder, and the lowest rung on each is a twelve-month plan billed in a single payment.

Our verdict

The ladder is published in full, which is more than most of this category manages, and each rung says plainly how it is billed. The cost of that clarity is that the attractive number carries a year of commitment: $129 a month for semaglutide means paying twelve months up front, while buying one month at a time costs $179. The bundle is genuinely complete, covering the provider visit, the medication, injection supplies, shipping and monthly check-ins, with no separate membership line. What the site never publishes is a milligram strength, so none of these four rungs can be set against another seller's dose.

What it is

A nationwide telehealth seller of compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, both as weekly injections, priced on plan length rather than on dose. It also lists sermorelin, NAD+ and glutathione therapy, none of which carries a published price.

How it works

A free five-minute online assessment, a licensed provider review inside 24 hours, and medication shipped from a 503A pharmacy in two to five days. Dose adjustments and messaging with the care team are folded into the plan rate, and the plan term can be changed or canceled by messaging that team.

Pricing transparency

Semaglutide runs $179 a month billed monthly, $159 billed every three months, $149 billed every six months and $129 billed annually. Tirzepatide runs $299, $269, $239 and $199 across the same four terms. Every rung is described as covering the provider, the medication, all supplies and shipping, and the page states there are no hidden fees. The page also says final pricing is confirmed at checkout after the assessment, so the published rungs are the plan rate rather than a settled quote.

Branded vs compounded

Compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide, each a once-weekly subcutaneous injection. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, efficacy or quality before dispensing. Voxy names the pharmacy type, a 503A, and says every batch is third-party tested for potency, sterility and endotoxins, but it does not name the pharmacy itself.

Pros and watch-outs

What we like

  • All four billing terms are published for both molecules
  • Each rung states how it is billed, not just the monthly figure
  • Provider, medication, supplies and shipping sit inside one rate
  • Plan term can be changed or canceled without a fee

Watch-outs

  • The lowest rate requires paying twelve months in one payment
  • No milligram strength appears anywhere on the pricing page
  • The compounding pharmacy is not named
  • No state list is published, only a nationwide claim with a licensure caveat

Best for

Buyers ready to commit to a full year in a single payment.

How we assessed this. This review reflects GLP Loss’s own read of Voxy’s publicly-stated model — pricing transparency, clinical oversight, medication clarity, and access — against our editorial methodology. Frequently asked

Is Voxy $129 a month?
Only on the twelve-month plan, which is billed annually in one payment. Buying semaglutide a month at a time costs $179, and the three- and six-month terms sit at $159 and $149. The $129 figure describes a year of commitment rather than a monthly choice.
What does the Voxy price include?
The plans page lists the provider visit, the medication, all injection supplies, free shipping, ongoing check-ins and dose adjustments, and messaging with the care team. There is no separate membership or program fee published alongside it. The site does add that final pricing is confirmed at checkout once the assessment is complete.
What does tirzepatide cost at Voxy?
$299 a month billed monthly, falling to $269 on a three-month term, $239 on six months and $199 billed annually. The gap between the monthly and annual rungs is $100, the widest spread on either molecule. Both routes are the same weekly injection.
Does Voxy say what dose the price buys?
No. Neither the plans page nor the treatment pages names a milligram strength, and the site describes gradual titration without attaching a number to it. That makes the four rungs hard to compare against a seller that prices by dose.
Is Voxy expensive compared with other GLP-1 sellers by price providers?
Voxy publishes a starting figure of $179/mo. Across the 272 GLP-1 sellers by price providers we review that publish a single monthly figure, those run $76 to $449 with a median of $179, which puts Voxy right at the median. The other 14 GLP-1 sellers by price providers we review quote only after an intake or price by dose, so they are not in that comparison. A starting figure is not a bill — labs, consultations and shipping are often charged separately, so confirm what your own quote includes.
