Our verdict
LifeMD sells the approved drug and its own program as two separate charges, and only the drug reaches the headline. The footnote states it exactly: the price does not include the monthly program and provider fee of $149. Counted in, the Wegovy pill is $298 a month rather than $149 and the pen is $348 rather than $199. The first month is discounted to $39, which flatters the opening bill and changes nothing about the eleven that follow. Twelve months of fees alone come to $1,678 before a single prescription is paid for.

How it works
