LifespanningRx review
One name, several prices
The compounded semaglutide program is sold under one title on five separate pages, at four different one-month prices, with nothing on any of them to say which is which.
Our verdict
LifespanningRx lists its semaglutide program five times and its tirzepatide program six times, each under a single shared title. The one-month prices run $250 to $290 for semaglutide and $280 to $420 for tirzepatide. Every one of those listings carries the same five bullet points, the same description and the same product photograph, and none states a milligram dose — nothing separates them but a SKU code. A buyer cannot tell which page is the one a clinician would put them on, and the medical weight loss landing page prices nothing at all. Two good things survive that: no membership fee is charged, and the purchase price includes the medical evaluation.

What it is
A Miami longevity storefront, operated by Lifespanning Media Corp., selling compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide alongside dozens of other prescription therapies, supplement protocols and at-home test kits.
How it works
Purchase comes first. The charge activates a medical evaluation, and the fee is credited toward treatment if a clinician approves it; nothing ships until that approval is complete. Prescriptions are filled by United States registered 503A pharmacies, which the site does not name individually. A partner portal runs a second, separately priced catalog beside the retail one.
Pricing transparency
A one-month supply of the compounded semaglutide program is listed at $250, $270, $280 and $290 across pages that share a title. Tirzepatide runs $280 to $420 on the same pattern. Three-month blocks sit beside them, from $400 for semaglutide to $830 for tirzepatide, and those do work out cheaper per month. Sublingual semaglutide with methylcobalamin is $256 and shows as sold out. Because no listing prints a milligram dose, the ladder cannot be read as a dose ladder, and a higher price cannot be tied to a higher strength.
Branded vs compounded
Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide by injection, plus a sublingual semaglutide tablet. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, efficacy or quality before dispensing. Brand Wegovy, Zepbound, Ozempic and Mounjaro are listed on the same storefront, every one of them currently marked unavailable.

Frequently asked
- How much is semaglutide at LifespanningRx?
- That depends which of five identically titled pages a buyer opens. The one-month prices are $250, $250, $270, $280 and $290, and the pages differ only by a SKU code printed under the title. No dose appears on any of them, so there is no way to work out which one a prescription would land on.
- Is there a membership fee?
- No. A banner across every page states that there are no membership fees, and the product price is described as covering the medical evaluation and access to treatment. If a clinician approves treatment, that evaluation fee is credited toward it rather than charged twice.
- Does the price include shipping?
- The site says two different things. A banner promises free delivery within the United States and overnight shipping, while every product page prints "Shipping calculated at checkout" directly beneath the price. The amount, if any, is settled at the checkout screen rather than on the product page.
- Which pharmacy compounds the medication?
- The site states that prescriptions are filled by United States registered 503A pharmacies and stops there. No pharmacy is named and no facility location is given. The product pages also carry the line that the therapy is not FDA-approved for general wellness use.
- Is LifespanningRx expensive compared with other GLP-1 sellers by price providers?
- LifespanningRx publishes a starting figure of $256/mo. Across the 332 GLP-1 sellers by price providers we review that publish a single monthly figure, those run $76 to $449 with a median of $179, which puts LifespanningRx above the median. The other 23 GLP-1 sellers by price providers we review quote only after an intake or price by dose, so they are not in that comparison. A starting figure is not a bill — labs, consultations and shipping are often charged separately, so confirm what your own quote includes.
