Our verdict
Somi Health prices the compounded semaglutide injection at $135 a month and the compounded tirzepatide injection at $165 a month, and marks both "any dose". That claim is the substantive one here, because a rate that holds through titration cannot rise when the dose does. The condition attached is the term. Both figures sit on three-month plans, no one-month rate for either injection is published, and the cards still read "starting at" beside a price that is supposed to hold at every dose.
