Green Cap Health review

Texas only, ladder published

Semaglutide is $179 a month with no commitment and tirzepatide $279, each falling by term, and Green Cap serves Texas alone.

Our verdict

Every rung of the ladder is printed on one page, which is rarer than it should be. Semaglutide runs $179 a month with no minimum term, $149 a month on three months and $129 on six; tirzepatide runs $279, $249 and $199. Prepaying is offered as an alternative to monthly billing rather than the only route to the headline, and the page says so in as many words. The catch is not the pricing but the map: licensed Texas providers, Texas patients, nobody else.

What it is

A Texas telehealth practice selling compounded semaglutide with B12 and compounded tirzepatide with B12 as weekly injections, alongside hair, skin and sexual-health lines.

How it works

Prescriptions are reviewed and approved by a licensed Texas provider, and every GLP-1 tier includes a monthly one-to-one provider check-in call, a nutrition guide and priority scheduling. Green Cap states it requires third-party batch testing from its pharmacy partners covering potency, sterility, pH and endotoxins, with those reports available on request. The pharmacy partners themselves are described only as state-licensed compounding pharmacies.

Pricing transparency

Compounded semaglutide is $179 a month month-to-month, $149 a month on a three-month plan and $129 a month on six. Prepay alternatives of $429 and $699 work out slightly lower again. Compounded tirzepatide is $279, $249 and $199 across the same three terms, with prepay at $629 and $999. The flexible tier advertises a first month at half price under a published code, at $89.50 for semaglutide and $139.50 for tirzepatide. The standing rate sits directly beside it rather than behind it. Price is stated as the same at every dose and shipping is included. Add-ons are priced separately at $89 a month for NAD+, $99 for sermorelin and $69 for MICC. A lab panel is $65 and is not part of any tier.

Branded vs compounded

Compounded semaglutide with cyanocobalamin and compounded tirzepatide with cyanocobalamin, both once-weekly injections. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, efficacy or quality before dispensing, which Green Cap prints under every price table. No milligram dose appears beside any figure, which is the trade-off of flat dose pricing.

How we assessed this. This review reflects GLP Loss’s own read of Green Cap Health’s publicly-stated model — pricing transparency, clinical oversight, medication clarity, and access — against our editorial methodology. Frequently asked

What does semaglutide cost without a commitment?
$179 a month, cancel anytime, with no minimum term and no prepay option on that tier. A published code halves the first month to $89.50, and the $179 standing rate is printed immediately below it. Shipping is included and the price is stated as the same at every dose.
Is prepaying cheaper than paying monthly?
Slightly. The three-month plan is $149 a month billed monthly, or $429 paid at once, which is $143 a month. The six-month plan is $129 a month billed monthly, or $699 at once, which is about $117. Green Cap presents monthly billing as the default and prepay as the alternative.
Are labs included?
No. A lab panel covering lipids, metabolic markers, A1c, thyroid with TSH and a CBC is sold separately at $65, drawn at a Quest Diagnostics location. It appears in the add-on row rather than in any GLP-1 tier. Nothing on the page makes it mandatory.
Where does Green Cap operate?
Texas only. The header states licensed Texas providers, and every prescription is described as reviewed and approved by a licensed Texas doctor, nurse practitioner or pharmacist. No other state is listed anywhere on the site.
Is Green Cap Health legit?
Green Cap Health is a GLP-1 sellers by price service. Its stated availability: Texas only. What our record does not establish: whether it bills insurance and how its intake works. Ask for those in writing before you pay.
Is Green Cap Health expensive compared with other GLP-1 sellers by price providers?
Green Cap Health publishes a starting figure of $179/mo. Across the 282 GLP-1 sellers by price providers we review that publish a single monthly figure, those run $76 to $449 with a median of $179, which puts Green Cap Health right at the median. The other 14 GLP-1 sellers by price providers we review quote only after an intake or price by dose, so they are not in that comparison. A starting figure is not a bill — labs, consultations and shipping are often charged separately, so confirm what your own quote includes.
