Alinwell review

One build, eight storefronts

The homepage prices semaglutide at $149 a month and tirzepatide at $199, while each program page replaces the figure with the words "Available by consultation".

Our verdict

Alinwell is one of eight storefronts running the same compiled application, down to an identical app chunk and identical customer testimonial photographs. What separates it from the other seven is a tenant configuration file, and its own copy of that file carries two prices for each drug. The homepage cards read $149 for semaglutide and $199 for tirzepatide. Open either program page and the number is replaced by "Available by consultation", over catalog values of $199 and $349 that the software never draws.

What it is

A telehealth brand selling compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide as weekly injections, addressed to women, with NAD+ and sermorelin sold alongside them.

How it works

Prescription-gated telehealth with no charge if a provider does not approve treatment. Protocols are described as prepared by partner compounding pharmacies in the United States, none of which is named. The program pages state telehealth nationwide and publish no state list, and a separate line says Alinwell operates across the states where it operates.

Pricing transparency

Semaglutide is $149 a month and tirzepatide $199, both shown as floors on the homepage program cards, with a microdose program also at $149. The same cards describe the model as flat-rate with no hidden fees, cancel anytime, and delivery included. Each program page then prints "Available by consultation" instead of a price, and the page data underneath it holds $199 for semaglutide, $349 for tirzepatide and $249 for the microdose. A daily oral program priced at $150 sits in the homepage data. It appears in no menu and on no card, because this build's product grid does not draw it.

Branded vs compounded

Compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, efficacy or quality before dispensing, which the site states in its own footnote. Two certificates of analysis are published, for semaglutide at 4 mg/mL tested in March 2026 and at 2.5 mg/mL tested in February 2026, with batch numbers attached. Those are vial concentrations rather than a prescribed dose, and no milligram dose is attached to either price.

Pros and watch-outs

What we like

  • Batch certificates of analysis are published with dates
  • Nothing is charged if a provider declines treatment
  • The flat-rate claim is stated on every program card
  • Three GLP-1 programs are priced rather than one

Watch-outs

  • Program pages show no price at all
  • Two different figures exist for each drug
  • The compounding pharmacy is never named
  • No state list is published anywhere

Best for

Buyers who read the homepage rather than the program page.

Who should look elsewhere

Anyone who expects the price to survive a click.

How we assessed this. This review reflects GLP Loss’s own read of Alinwell’s publicly-stated model — pricing transparency, clinical oversight, medication clarity, and access — against our editorial methodology. Frequently asked

Why does the semaglutide page show no price?
The program page carries a note reading "Available by consultation" where a figure would go. A catalog value of $199 sits behind it in the page data and is never drawn on screen. The $149 a buyer sees on the homepage card is the figure this build actually renders.
Is Alinwell an independent company?
It is a separately branded storefront on a build shared with seven others, identified in that build's own data as clinic e7d64377 under the name Alinwell. The compiled application and the testimonial photographs are byte-for-byte identical across all eight domains. What differs between them is the per-tenant configuration, including the prices.
Does the price rise as the dose rises?
The program cards describe the model as flat-rate with no hidden fees, and no dose-based ladder is published. No milligram dose is attached to either figure either, so the $149 cannot be matched to a specific weekly dose. The certificates of analysis give vial concentrations of 4 mg/mL and 2.5 mg/mL.
Which states does Alinwell serve?
The program pages say telehealth nationwide, and no list of states appears anywhere on the site. A second line states that Alinwell operates across the states where it operates, which settles nothing. Coverage has to be established during the intake.
Is Alinwell legit?
Alinwell is a GLP-1 sellers by price service. Its stated availability: Nationwide telehealth, no list published. What our record does not establish: whether it bills insurance and how its intake works. Ask for those in writing before you pay.
Is Alinwell expensive compared with other GLP-1 sellers by price providers?
Alinwell publishes a starting figure of $149/mo. Across the 282 GLP-1 sellers by price providers we review that publish a single monthly figure, those run $76 to $449 with a median of $179, which puts Alinwell below the median, toward the cheaper end. The other 14 GLP-1 sellers by price providers we review quote only after an intake or price by dose, so they are not in that comparison. A starting figure is not a bill — labs, consultations and shipping are often charged separately, so confirm what your own quote includes.
