Our verdict
Rixa publishes what most of this category will not: a milligram dose beside every price, three named compounding pharmacies and four named clinicians with credentials. What the figure covers is genuinely all-in — the visit, the medication, shipping and provider contact between refills — with no membership fee and no contract. The catch is the term: injections are sold in four- and five-week blocks while the FAQ calls the figure the monthly cost. Thirteen four-week fills land in a year, so the $195 entry rung is $211.25 a calendar month and the $280 tirzepatide rung is $303.33. One rung even costs less per month than the rung below it, because level 3 covers five weeks and level 2 covers four.

How it works
No contract and no minimum commitment. An intake form is reviewed before the appointment is confirmed, and a buyer disqualified on the form is not charged for the visit. Follow-ups run monthly for the first six months and sit inside the price; a card is held at booking and charged after the visit. A late-cancel or no-show fee is charged separately, and lab work is sold as its own service.
Pricing transparency
The semaglutide injection ladder runs $195, $225, $265, $290 and $310, each with a weekly milligram dose printed beside it. Levels 1, 2 and 5 cover four weeks; levels 3 and 4 cover five. Converted to calendar months those become $211.25, $243.75, $230.46, $252.20 and $335.83, which puts level 3 below level 2 despite carrying a higher dose. Tirzepatide runs $280 to $525 across six four-week rungs, or $303.33 to $568.75 a month. The tablets are sold in 30-day and 90-day blocks instead, starting at $140 for semaglutide with B12 and $225 for tirzepatide.
Branded vs compounded
Compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide, each offered as a weekly injection and as an orally dissolving tablet. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, efficacy or quality before dispensing. Rixa names its three partner pharmacies with their addresses, and its FAQ warns buyers away from salt-form semaglutide and tirzepatide sold by unlicensed pharmacies.
