Our verdict
PepHaus prices three terms on each molecule and publishes all three, which is more than most of this category manages. The presentation undercuts it. On both product pages the six-month rate is set beside the month-to-month rate with a strikethrough, a treatment normally reserved for a price no longer charged. Yet $239 for tirzepatide and $169 for semaglutide are exactly what a buyer pays without a six-month commitment. The strongest thing here is unrelated to any of that: one flat price at every dose, so titration does not move the bill.
