Cora publishes every rung and what it is billed as, which almost nothing in this category does: semaglutide runs $175 monthly, $145 quarterly, $120 semi-annually and $99 on a year, with the total beside each. Tirzepatide is $225, $199, $175 and $135 on the same four terms. Month to month it sits under the middle of the field on both molecules, and the $50 step between them is narrow enough that the choice of molecule stays a clinical one.
