Our verdict
The single-month figure is the figure, which sounds unremarkable until you count how much of this market fails it. Bodybuilding Health+ also names four pharmacies and fifty-state coverage in its FAQ, which is more disclosure than most of this category offers. The defect is one tier: tirzepatide's twelve-month bundle is labeled Best Value at $187.33 a month, above the six-month tier's $174.67. Buying two consecutive six-month blocks costs $2,096 against the annual bundle's $2,248. The $450 saving on the semaglutide annual tier is real; the tirzepatide one is not.
