Tru2u review
Price without a quantity
Tru2u charges the same $225 for a semaglutide injection and for semaglutide tablets, and publishes no dose or supply period for either.
Our verdict
The matching prices are real rather than a display inheriting from the injection: each of the five weight-loss products is a separate listing carrying its own figure. Semaglutide is $225 in both routes, tirzepatide is $345 in both, and a combined injection called GLP Squared is $275. What no page states is how much medication $225 buys — no milligram strength, no tablet count, no number of weeks and no subscription term. Tru2u also states that it "does not sell or dispense any drug products". The consultation is handled by an independent third-party clinical partner, under that partner's own terms and licenses, and that partner is not named.

What it is
A women's wellness brand selling compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide as injections and as oral tablets, alongside a supplement line, with the clinical side run by an outside partner.
How it works
Each weight-loss listing opens with an "Apply to Purchase" step rather than a cart, and a health quiz routes the buyer off tru2u.health to an independent licensed telehealth partner. Tru2u states it is not the dispenser and that any consultation, prescription or medically supervised program is provided solely by that partner. Shipping is free on all orders.
Pricing transparency
Five weight-loss listings carry three prices: compounded semaglutide $225, compounded oral semaglutide tablets $225, compounded tirzepatide $345, compounded oral tirzepatide tablets $345, and GLP Squared $275. Each is a separate product with a single purchase option, so the oral figures are published on their own pages rather than pulled from the injections. None of the five names a dose, a quantity or a period, and the product copy is a single sentence with the route swapped in. A figure with no quantity attached cannot be set against a seller that prices a month.
Branded vs compounded
Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide in injectable and oral tablet form, plus a combined semaglutide-and-tirzepatide injection. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, efficacy or quality before dispensing. The dispensing pharmacy is described only as a partner pharmacy and is not named.
Pros and watch-outs
What we like
- Both molecules are offered as an injection and as a tablet
- Oral and injectable figures are published side by side
- Free shipping is stated on every order
- The combined GLP Squared product is priced openly at $275
Watch-outs
- No milligram dose appears on any weight-loss product page
- No supply period is stated, so $225 covers an unknown amount
- The clinical partner that sets the final terms is not named
- Tru2u states it does not dispense the medication it prices

How we assessed this. This review reflects GLP Loss’s own read of Tru2u’s publicly-stated model — pricing transparency, clinical oversight, medication clarity, and access — against our editorial methodology. We publish no fabricated ratings or first-hand outcomes. A partnership never changes the assessment — see how we make money.
Frequently asked
- Do the oral pages really carry those prices?
- Yes. Compounded Oral Semaglutide Tablets is listed at $225 and Compounded Oral Tirzepatide Tablets at $345, each as its own product with a single purchase option. Those figures are set on the oral listings themselves, not pulled from the injection listings that happen to carry the same two numbers.
- Why do a tablet and an injection cost the same here?
- Tru2u does not explain it, and nothing on either page distinguishes what the buyer receives. Neither route publishes a strength, a tablet count or a number of weeks covered. Without those, the matching prices describe two products whose contents are unstated rather than two equivalent supplies.
- What is GLP Squared?
- A single injection combining semaglutide and tirzepatide, listed at $275. That sits between the $225 semaglutide listing and the $345 tirzepatide one. As with the other four listings, no dose of either molecule is published.
- Who prescribes and ships the medication?
- Not Tru2u. The site states it does not sell or dispense any drug products, and that telehealth consultations redirect to an independent licensed third-party partner operating under its own terms, licenses and policies. That partner is not named, and the pharmacy behind it is described only as a partner pharmacy.
- Is Tru2u expensive compared with other oral GLP-1 sellers providers?
- Tru2u publishes a starting figure of $225/mo. Across the 115 oral GLP-1 sellers providers we review that publish a single monthly figure, those run $76 to $369 with a median of $170, which puts Tru2u above the median. The other 5 oral GLP-1 sellers providers we review quote only after an intake or price by dose, so they are not in that comparison. A starting figure is not a bill — labs, consultations and shipping are often charged separately, so confirm what your own quote includes.
