Two things are wrong with the price on the card and both are provable from the seller's own catalog. The $179 is not a monthly rate: it is the twelve-month bundle, $2,327, charged in one go. And the divisor is thirteen, not twelve — $2,327 ÷ 13 = $179 to the cent, as does $3,497 ÷ 13 = $269 on tirzepatide. A plan year here is thirteen four-week fills, which the injection modal confirms with the line "4 Weekly Injections". Buy month to month instead and semaglutide is $269 a fill, not $179.

Four compounding pharmacies are named outright — Belmar, Strive, Epiq Scripts and Casa Pharma Rx — which is real disclosure and rare in this category.
Pricing transparency
Month to month, semaglutide is $269 by injection and $299 as capsules; tirzepatide is $359 by injection and $349 as capsules. The cards advertise the injections instead at $179 and $269 a month, both drawn from twelve-month bundles of $2,327 and $3,497 that are billed at once. The oral cards render their price beside a second figure of $0.00, which is a broken strikethrough rather than a discount. One rung is worse than no rung at all: the six-month semaglutide bundle is $1,794, or $299 a month, which is more per fill than paying month to month at $269.
Branded vs compounded
