ZYP's weight-loss page prints $150 a month in its hero and $160 a month on the pricing card below it, for the same compounded semaglutide.
Our verdict
ZYP is a single-provider clinic near Omaha with an unusually frank page, and its own numbers still disagree. The hero says medication from $150 a month, the pricing card says $160 a month, and the site FAQ puts tirzepatide at $233 where the card says $225. The card figures are four-week arithmetic dressed as months, because the $399 semaglutide plan covers ten weeks and the $450 tirzepatide plan covers eight. Only the needle-free tirzepatide tablet is stated cleanly, at $250 for a thirty-day supply. Every plan also starts with a consult fee charged outside the medication price.

Pricing transparency
The semaglutide starter is $399 paid in full and covers ten weeks, printed on the card as $160 a month. The tirzepatide starter is $450 and covers eight weeks, four at 2.5 mg and four at 5 mg, printed as $225 a month. Dividing by real calendar months turns those into roughly $173 and $244. The hero and the site FAQ carry a different set again, $150 and $233. The consult is a separate charge, listed as $50 and $29.99 on the weight-loss page and as $75 and $39.99 in the footer FAQ, and it is non-refundable once the visit happens.
Branded vs compounded
Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide blended with vitamin B6 for nausea, plus a tirzepatide orally disintegrating tablet and a chewable tirzepatide tablet. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, efficacy or quality before dispensing.
