Our verdict

Rivas prices a visit, not a shipment, and that single fact reorders every comparison a buyer might make. $115 a week for semaglutide covers the provider consultation, the vitals, the weigh-in and the drug administered on site, which is a different product from a vial in the mail. It is also fifty-two payments a year, not twelve. A one-time initial visit is billed before any of it, and it has to be repeated if a year passes without an appointment. The pricing page also hides a second, wholly different price list behind a Telehealth tab, and the mail-order rates there are not the weekly figures multiplied out.
