Our verdict
Ozari Health does the hard parts of transparency well and then undoes them at the top of the page. Both compounding pharmacies are named, with cities, accreditations and the states each one serves. A five-rung plan table shows every rate and the amount billed per cycle. But the figure the home page advertises is the 3-Month Starter, restricted to first-time GLP-1 users and charged as a single payment covering three months. The rate anyone else pays is $175 for semaglutide and $235 for tirzepatide, and reaching those numbers takes a tab switch and a second click on the product page. The site even runs a 12-month true-cost index of rival sellers while doing it.

What it is

How it works
An online intake is reviewed by a licensed clinician, who decides eligibility before any prescription is written. Approved orders are compounded by one of two named 503A pharmacies and shipped with free expedited delivery, cold-chain packed where the medication requires it. Each patient is assigned a health concierge and a clinical team for titration questions and refills. Five clinicians and content staff are named with their credentials.

Semaglutide runs $175 a month month-to-month, $145 on a quarterly plan billed $435, $120 on a semi-annual plan billed $720 and $99 on an annual plan billed $1,188. Tirzepatide is $235, $199 billed $597, $175 billed $1,050 and $140 billed $1,680 across the same four rungs. Separate from all of them sits a 3-Month Starter for first-time GLP-1 users only: $86 a month for semaglutide, charged $257 up front, and $125 for tirzepatide, charged $375. Branded vs compounded
Compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide, both weekly injections. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, efficacy or quality before dispensing, and the site states this on every product surface. Two 503A pharmacies are named: Hallandale Pharmacy of Fort Lauderdale, with PCAB accreditation and nine states it does not serve, and VialsRx Pharmacy of Houston, LegitScript certified and serving all 50. The vial label is stated to identify which one filled the order. No milligram dose is published.
