Our verdict
Gaya Wellness is an OB/GYN-led concierge practice, and its weight-loss program is sold as a ladder rather than as one price. The tier the home page names, Foundation, is described on the program page as GLP-1 access where the patient brings their own medication. The compounded drug arrives only in Premium, and Premium's advertised rate requires enrolling in a three-month billing cycle; month to month costs $50 more. A footnote adds that tirzepatide above 10 mg a week can cost more again. The ladder itself is drawn honestly, but the figure a reader is likeliest to carry away buys no medication at all.
