Our verdict
CaliberRx publishes a price, which puts it ahead of the quiz-gated end of this market, and it publishes an unusually complete legal suite. That suite is also the problem. The payment and billing consent authorizes charges for a recurring membership, for consultation fees billed by the provider group, and for medication billed by the dispensing pharmacy — three counterparties, with $199/Month attached to none of them explicitly. A page still reachable from the home page describes the service under a different brand name entirely, which is what a white-label shell looks like when nobody finished the copy.
