Found review
Its own pages disagree
Found's homepage carousel says Wegovy from $650 a month. Its own medication table says a starting cash price near $199. Both are on the same site.
Our verdict
The compounded plan is priced clearly enough — $169 a month prepaid for a year, $289 month to month for cash. The branded pricing is where it falls apart: two pages on the same site quote figures more than three times apart for the same product. Found has not settled on a branded price, so it has none that can be compared.

What it is
A metabolic health service bundling medication, clinician access and coaching, across fifty states, with both compounded and branded routes and pricing that varies by insurance status and commitment.
How it works
Program-led rather than prescription-only, with coaching included in the plan price. Final drug assignment is quiz-gated, so what you will actually be prescribed — and therefore what you pay — is not knowable before signing up.
Pricing transparency
The compounded plan is $169 a month on a twelve-month prepaid basis for cash payers, or $289 a month paying monthly. With insurance the prepaid figure falls to $99, and month-to-month insurance pricing is $199. Branded pricing is contradictory on the seller's own site.
Branded vs compounded
Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide on one plan price, with no per-drug split published, plus branded Wegovy and Zepbound through a separate route. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved or reviewed before dispensing.
Pros and watch-outs
What we like
- Coaching and clinician access bundled rather than sold separately
- Insurance and cash prices both published
- Same plan price whichever molecule you are assigned
Watch-outs
- Branded pricing contradicts itself between the homepage and the medication table
- Month-to-month cash pricing is $289 — well above this market's middle
- Which drug you get is decided after you commit, not before
- Dose pricing policy is not published
Best for
Insured buyers who want coaching in the package and will prepay for a year.
Who should look elsewhere
Cash-pay buyers comparing monthly figures, and anyone who wants to know which drug they are buying before they buy it.

How we assessed this. This review reflects GLP Loss’s own read of Found’s publicly-stated model — pricing transparency, clinical oversight, medication clarity, and access — against our editorial methodology. Frequently asked
- How much does Found cost per month?
- For cash payers, $169 a month if you prepay twelve months and $289 if you pay monthly. With insurance those figures are $99 and $199. The compounded plan price is the same whichever molecule you are assigned.
- Why do Found's Wegovy prices differ between pages?
- The homepage carousel advertises Wegovy from $650 a month while the medication table lists a starting cash price near $199 for the same product. Found has not reconciled the two, and until it does neither figure is one to plan around.
- Will I get semaglutide or tirzepatide?
- That is decided after a quiz rather than chosen up front, and the plan price is the same either way. If you have a preference, it is worth establishing whether it can be honored before committing to a prepaid year.
- Does the price go up as my dose increases?
- Found does not publish a dose pricing policy. That absence is the answer for now, and it is worth asking directly before signing up rather than assuming the price holds.
- Is Found legit?
- Found is a GLP-1 telehealth sellers service. Its stated availability: 50 states. What our record does not establish: whether it bills insurance and how its intake works. Ask for those in writing before you pay.
- Is Found expensive compared with other GLP-1 telehealth sellers providers?
- Found publishes a starting figure of $169/mo. Across the 59 GLP-1 telehealth sellers providers we review that publish a single monthly figure, those run $79 to $369 with a median of $150, which puts Found above the median. The other 1 GLP-1 telehealth sellers providers we review quote only after an intake or price by dose, so they are not in that comparison. A starting figure is not a bill — labs, consultations and shipping are often charged separately, so confirm what your own quote includes.
