Full-dose semaglutide is $297 a month and tirzepatide $497; the microdose tiers are $197 and $297, so the same figure means two different things depending on which card it sits on. The prepay ladder then misbehaves on one product: three months of tirzepatide in full is $1,200, which is $400 a month, while six months is $2,800, which is $467. The longer commitment costs more per month on tirzepatide and less on the other three programs. Its FAQ also promises all 50 states while the terms of service list thirty.
