AskRx sells brand Wegovy, Zepbound and Foundayo at pass-through pharmacy pricing, then charges $100 a month for care on top. The fee is a $90 physician visit plus a $10 fulfillment charge, and it applies every month. That structure is disclosed plainly, but it means no single advertised number is what a buyer pays.
