Belle prices each molecule four ways and marks every one "/month", so the ladder reads like four monthly rates when it is really one rate and three commitments. Semaglutide runs $109, $119, $135 and $199 across twelve, six, two and one month; tirzepatide $189, $199 and $249, with a $175 starter bundle beside them. Month to month — the only rung that asks nothing of you in advance — Belle is mid-field on both. The $109 that anchors the ladder is a year bought up front, and the review of that offer is really a review of the commitment.
