AgelessRx review

Membership billed alongside medication

The compounded plan advertises $139 a month, and the same card states that the figure belongs to the four-month plan.

Our verdict

AgelessRx handles its two product lines to completely different standards. The brand line is the better one: Wegovy is broken out as $349 a month of medication from NovoCare plus a $65 monthly membership, and the page totals it at $414 itself. The compounded line gets no equivalent treatment. Its $139 rate is tied on the card to the four-month plan, while the monthly and two-month plans it also offers are left unpriced. A buyer who does not want a four-month commitment cannot find out what one costs.

What it is

An Ann Arbor longevity platform selling compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide alongside brand Wegovy and Zepbound. GLP-1 care sits inside a wider catalog of metabolic and longevity treatments rather than standing on its own.

How it works

An online assessment, a review by an in-house US-licensed provider, then shipment. Compounded plans are sold at a plan price that covers care and medication together. Brand products are sold as access and monitoring instead: AgelessRx bills the membership and the manufacturer's own pharmacy bills the drug.

Pricing transparency

Compounded GLP-1 care starts at $139 a month. The card states that the starting price applies to the four-month plan, and the monthly and two-month rates are not published. Microdosing semaglutide is $99 a month and microdosing tirzepatide $159, discounted from a $239 anchor. Brand Wegovy is the clearest line on the site: $199 a month for the first two months, then $349 for all doses, plus $65 a month of membership, which the page totals at $414. No milligram strength appears beside any compounded price.

Branded vs compounded

Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, plus brand Wegovy and Zepbound. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, efficacy or quality before dispensing. The site's own disclaimer says exactly that. NovoCare is named as the pharmacy behind the brand line; the pharmacy compounding the $139 plan is described only as US-licensed.

Pros and watch-outs

What we like

  • Brand Wegovy cost broken out line by line
  • The monthly membership is stated, not hidden at checkout
  • NovoCare named as the pharmacy for brand orders
  • Microdosing plans priced separately from full-dose ones

Watch-outs

  • The $139 rate requires a four-month plan
  • Month-to-month compounded price is not published
  • No milligram strength beside any compounded price
  • Compounding pharmacy is not named

Best for

Buyers pricing brand Wegovy with every fee already counted.

Who should look elsewhere

Anyone who wants compounded medication without a multi-month commitment.

Frequently asked

Is compounded GLP-1 really $139 a month?
On the four-month plan, which is what the card states. AgelessRx also offers monthly and two-month plans and prices neither of them. So $139 is payable, but only by a buyer willing to commit to four months up front.
What does brand Wegovy cost here?
$199 a month for the first two months, then $349 a month for every dose, billed through NovoCare. On top of that sits a $65 monthly AgelessRx membership covering medical review, messaging and check-ins. The page totals the ongoing cost at $414 a month, which is the figure worth comparing.
Does the price rise as the dose climbs?
Not on the brand line. AgelessRx states that the $349 self-pay price applies to all Wegovy doses from 0.25 mg to 2.4 mg. The compounded plans publish no milligram strength at all, so the same question cannot be answered for them.
What is microdosing tirzepatide priced at?
$159 a month, shown against a $239 anchor and described as a flexible monthly plan rather than a term commitment. That makes it the one GLP-1 rate on the site that is unambiguously a single calendar month. It is a lower dose than a standard tirzepatide plan, so it is not a like-for-like substitute.
Is AgelessRx expensive compared with other GLP-1 sellers by price providers?
AgelessRx publishes a starting figure of $139/mo. Across the 153 GLP-1 sellers by price providers we review that publish a single monthly figure, those run $76 to $369 with a median of $178, which puts AgelessRx below the median, toward the cheaper end. The other 7 GLP-1 sellers by price providers we review quote only after an intake or price by dose, so they are not in that comparison. A starting figure is not a bill — labs, consultations and shipping are often charged separately, so confirm what your own quote includes.
