Our verdict
Ascend prices four products across four pages, and the shape is the same on both injectables: a three-month plan quoted per month, with the standing rate offered below it under "Prefer monthly?". Semaglutide is $99.67 a month prepaid against $199 monthly; tirzepatide is $149 against $249. Committing a quarter roughly halves the rate, which is a real offer rather than a disguised one — both figures sit on the same card with the billed total spelled out. The orals are simpler and sold at one rate each, and they are where the routes stop matching: the semaglutide tablet costs the same $199 as the shot, while the tirzepatide tablet is $299 against $249 for the injection.
