Our verdict
altRx does two things this category rarely does: it names its compounding pharmacies, four of them with addresses, and it publishes a milligram range beside each molecule. Then it prices tirzepatide twice. The product page and its banner say $149 a month; the campaign landers and quiz pages, all of them in the public sitemap, say $129. Nothing on either route tells a buyer which figure applies to them, so the tirzepatide price here is unsettled rather than low. Semaglutide has no such problem at $89, though the banner attaches an expiry date to it and sets a struck-through $199 beside it.

Brand pens are priced separately, starting at $1,149 for Ozempic, $1,579 for Wegovy and $1,249 for Zepbound. No membership fee is charged outside those figures, and shipping is included.
Branded vs compounded
