Our verdict
Ivologist splits every GLP-1 into a Starter program and a Maintenance program and puts them on two tabs of the same page. The tab that opens by default shows semaglutide at $124 for the first month and $149 after that, a rate that runs out when the eleven-week starter program does. The Maintenance tab, one click away, prices ongoing semaglutide at $199 a month and ongoing tirzepatide at $299. The microdosing page describes those maintenance plans as twelve weeks of treatment billed in three-month increments, which makes each billed month a four-week cycle. Against all that, the titration range is printed beside the price, which most of this category will not do.

Pricing transparency
Semaglutide Starter is an eleven-week program: $199 for a first month struck through to $124, then $149 a month, reaching $422 over eleven weeks against a standing $497. Three months paid up front is $397 in one charge, which the page calls a $132 monthly equivalent. Semaglutide Maintenance is $199 a month, or $547 for three months paid in full. Tirzepatide follows the same shape, at $224 for a first month against a struck $299, then $249, and $299 a month once maintenance begins. Oral liposomal semaglutide is $299 a month with an eight-week program total of $598, and oral liposomal tirzepatide is $399 with an eight-week total of $798 — two fills of four weeks each.
Branded vs compounded
Compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide as weekly injections, plus liquid liposomal versions of both taken as a daily sublingual metered dose. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, efficacy or quality before dispensing, and the site's own header banner says so. Branded Zepbound and Wegovy can be requested through a form with no price attached. The compounding pharmacy is described as US-licensed and is not named.
