NowPatient review
Brand stock, shipping extra
A delivery column reading $0.00 and a buy box adding $75.00 for shipment and duties sit on the same product page.
Our verdict
NowPatient sells brand Wegovy, Mounjaro and Saxenda rather than compounded copies, and the consultation really is free and charged only when a prescription follows. What the advertised figure leaves out is delivery. The options table heads a column "Delivery Cost" and prints $0.00 with a parenthetical reading "with Core+ Plan", while the buy box on the same page adds "Shipment & duties $75.00". Wegovy at $215.98 therefore costs $290.98 to a buyer who has not taken the $9.99 monthly membership. The copy directly above promises cold chain delivery with customs duties included and no hidden fees.

What it is
A digital pharmacy operated from the UK that ships brand-name GLP-1 medication to United States addresses after a free video consultation, adding delivery and customs duties as a separate line.
How it works
A free video consultation with a prescribing clinician gates every order, and nothing is charged unless a prescription is written. Medication then ships cold chain, with customs duties handled by the seller rather than the buyer. Two account tiers sit over the top: a free Core plan and a Core+ plan at $9.99 a month, billed monthly, which removes the shipment line on treatments.
Pricing transparency
Wegovy Injection starts at $215.98 for one prefilled pen, Mounjaro at $251.98 for one KwikPen, and Saxenda at $440.82 for five pens. Wegovy Tablets start at $99.00 for thirty. Injectable orders add $75.00 for shipment and duties and the tablet order adds $20.00, which puts the real floors at $290.98, $326.98, $515.82 and $119.00. Core+ removes those lines for $9.99 a month, and every resulting figure still sits above the one advertised.
Branded vs compounded
Brand-name products rather than compounded copies. The options table labels every row Brand, and the Wegovy page states manufacture by Novo Nordisk. Strengths are published rung by rung: Wegovy Injection from 0.25 mg to 7.2 mg, Mounjaro from 2.5 mg to 15 mg, and Wegovy Tablets from 1.5 mg to 25 mg. Saxenda is listed in a single 6 mg/ml presentation.
Pros and watch-outs
What we like
- Brand medication from the original manufacturer, not a compounded copy
- The consultation is free and billed only when a prescription follows
- Every strength on every product carries its own published price
- A $9.99 monthly plan removes the shipment line entirely
Watch-outs
- $75.00 for shipment and duties is added to every injectable order
- The options table prints delivery at $0.00 while the buy box charges $75.00
- Page copy promises no hidden fees directly above a fee added at purchase
- Pack sizes are given in pens with no stated number of weekly doses
Best for
Buyers who want the branded product and will pay a delivery line for it.
Who should look elsewhere
Anyone who needs to know how many weeks one pen covers before ordering.

Frequently asked
- Is NowPatient's Wegovy $215.98?
- $215.98 is the medication price for one prefilled pen at 0.25 mg through 1.0 mg. A separate line reading "Shipment & duties $75.00" is added on the same screen, bringing the order to $290.98. The $9.99 monthly Core+ plan removes that line, which makes the same order $225.97.
- Is the $75 charged once or on every order?
- It is charged per delivery rather than once per account. The options table heads that column "Delivery Cost", and Core+ describes its benefit as free shipping on treatments rather than a single waived fee. A buyer refilling every cycle pays it every cycle unless they hold Core+.
- Are these compounded medications?
- No. The options table labels every row Brand, and the Wegovy page states manufacture by Novo Nordisk. These are the manufacturers' own products rather than pharmacy-compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide, which puts them under full FDA approval rather than outside it.
- How long does one pen last?
- The page does not say. Purchase options are described as one prefilled pen or one KwikPen with a strength attached, and no number of weekly doses appears anywhere beside them. Without that count, the advertised figure cannot be turned into a monthly cost from the page alone.
- Is NowPatient expensive compared with other GLP-1 telehealth sellers providers?
- NowPatient publishes a starting figure of $119/mo. Across the 115 GLP-1 telehealth sellers providers we review that publish a single monthly figure, those run $76 to $369 with a median of $170, which puts NowPatient below the median, toward the cheaper end. The other 5 GLP-1 telehealth sellers providers we review quote only after an intake or price by dose, so they are not in that comparison. A starting figure is not a bill — labs, consultations and shipping are often charged separately, so confirm what your own quote includes.
