Fresh Day Meds publishes four plans for each molecule and states every total, which is more candor than the category usually manages. What the cards lead with is the quarterly cadence: semaglutide at $299 a quarter and tirzepatide at $420 a quarter, printed as $99 and $140 a month. Switch to the one-month plan and a new patient pays $140 for semaglutide and $179 for tirzepatide. That plan also ships a single starting dose, 0.22 mg or 2.2 mg, while the quarterly plan carries the whole titration. So the smaller figure buys both a longer commitment and a wider prescription, and the monthly figure is what a buyer testing the water actually pays.
