Vytora Health review

Two figures, one drug

Vytora's pricing card and its FAQ give compounded tirzepatide two different monthly rates, and nothing on the page says which one applies.

Our verdict

Vytora prices compounded semaglutide the way a buyer needs it priced: $179 a month billed monthly, with $447 every three months shown beside it as the prepaid alternative. Tirzepatide is where it comes apart. The pricing card reads $249 a month and the FAQ table reads $199 a month, for the same compounded product on the same page. Two live numbers for one drug is not a price, so that row carries none. The brand pens are straightforward by comparison at $1,399 a month, and both compounding pharmacies are named with addresses.

What it is

A physician-led telehealth platform selling compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, brand Mounjaro and Zepbound, plus NAD+ and sermorelin injections. It operates in all fifty states and Washington D.C.

How it works

Clinical services are delivered by Wasef Health, PC, a licensed medical group based in Pinellas Park, Florida. Treatment is a subscription charged automatically each billing cycle until canceled by email. Video visits are waived in most states and required in Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico and West Virginia.

Pricing transparency

Compounded semaglutide is $179 a month billed monthly, or $447 charged every three months. Compounded tirzepatide is $249 a month on the pricing card and $199 a month in the FAQ, with a three-month option billed $599. Mounjaro and Zepbound are both listed at $1,399 a month and described as month to month. Vytora states there are no membership or hidden fees, and that pricing covers medication, physician care, supplies, shipping and ongoing support.

Branded vs compounded

Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide prepared by Vials Pharmacy in Houston and Hallandale Pharmacy in Fort Lauderdale, both named on the site. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, efficacy or quality before dispensing. Mounjaro and Zepbound are FDA-approved brand products sold at retail cash prices.

Pros and watch-outs

What we like

  • Both compounding pharmacies are named with street addresses
  • The monthly rate sits beside the prepaid one on each card
  • Brand pens are priced and described as month to month
  • The states requiring a video visit are listed by name

Watch-outs

  • Compounded tirzepatide carries two different monthly prices
  • No milligram dose appears beside any price
  • Billing renews automatically until canceled by email
  • The Mounjaro listing is a diabetes product sold for weight care

Best for

Buyers who want the compounding pharmacy named before paying.

Who should look elsewhere

Anyone trying to price tirzepatide from the page alone.

Frequently asked

What does Vytora charge for semaglutide?
$179 a month billed monthly. The same card offers $447 charged every three months, which divides lower but lands as a single upfront payment. Both figures are stated to cover medication, physician care, supplies, shipping and follow-ups.
Why does tirzepatide have two prices?
The pricing card's one-month tab reads $249 a month while the FAQ table reads $199 a month, and neither is marked as superseding the other. A three-month option is billed $599. Until Vytora reconciles the two, the monthly cost of its compounded tirzepatide is unsettled.
Are Mounjaro and Zepbound cheaper here?
Both are listed at $1,399 a month with the note that the price reflects retail cost. That is a cash figure rather than an insured copayment. Anyone with coverage should price the same pen against their own plan before ordering through a telehealth seller.
Who writes the prescription?
Wasef Health, PC, a licensed medical group based in Pinellas Park, Florida. Vytora states that it provides marketing and administrative services and is not itself a medical provider or pharmacy. Prescribing decisions rest with that group's clinicians.
Is Vytora Health legit?
Vytora Health is a compounded semaglutide sellers service. Its stated availability: All 50 states and Washington D.C. It displays a LegitScript certification claim, which we record as a claim and not as a verified fact: LegitScript's public checker is gated and returns the same page for any domain put into it, so no one can reproduce a check from it. What our record does not establish: whether it bills insurance and how its intake works. Ask for those in writing before you pay.
Is Vytora Health expensive compared with other compounded semaglutide sellers providers?
Vytora Health publishes a starting figure of $179/mo. Across the 332 compounded semaglutide sellers providers we review that publish a single monthly figure, those run $76 to $449 with a median of $179, which puts Vytora Health right at the median. The other 23 compounded semaglutide sellers providers we review quote only after an intake or price by dose, so they are not in that comparison. A starting figure is not a bill — labs, consultations and shipping are often charged separately, so confirm what your own quote includes.
