Two of Measured's three plans include the drug in the price and the third does not, which is the whole difference between $119 and $49.
Our verdict
Measured runs one membership and three price tiers, and the tiers do not describe the same purchase. Compounded semaglutide at $119 and compounded tirzepatide at $219 include the medication. The branded tier at $49 does not: Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound, Mounjaro and the Wegovy Pill all carry that figure with the medication billed separately through insurance or paid directly to the pharmacy. A fourth card, GLP-1 Microdose at $79, sits beside the two compounded plans on the same grid and is absent from the cost disclosure that explains the other three.

What it is
A telehealth weight and longevity service operated by Better Health Labs, Inc. of New York, selling compounded GLP-1 plans alongside a membership that routes branded prescriptions to an outside pharmacy.
How it works
A quiz, then a medical assessment, then a provider review, with lab work requested where needed. Care is bundled into every tier: unlimited messaging, a registered dietitian, meal guides and a care coordinator. Membership is a subscription and insurance is not accepted against it. Patients on active Medicaid, Medicare or TRICARE are not accepted.
Pricing transparency
Compounded semaglutide starts at $119 a month and compounded tirzepatide at $219, both stated to include medication. The branded tier starts at $49 a month and explicitly excludes it, so that figure buys clinical access and prior-authorization help rather than a drug. GLP-1 Microdose is listed at $79 for weekly lower-dose semaglutide or tirzepatide. No milligram dose is attached to any figure, and each product link returns to the same medications grid rather than a page of its own.
Branded vs compounded
