Our verdict
PrideRx is not a compounding seller, and that changes what its prices mean. Foundayo and the Zepbound KwikPen are dispensed through LillyDirect and the Wegovy Pill through NovoCare, all of them FDA-approved products at their manufacturers' self-pay rates. The catch is structural rather than concealed: a PrideRx membership is required on top, $25 for the first month and $99 every month after. All in, the Wegovy Pill comes to $248 a month and Zepbound starts at $398.
