Options Medical Weight Loss is a clinic business first and a telehealth seller second, which matters on a price board where every neighbor is mail-order. It runs eleven clinics across four states, lists nine states on its locations page, and carries LegitScript certification and more than a decade of operation. The pricing is where it comes apart. Two product pages state the headline figure as the cost per month of a 12-month plan paid in full, a commitment of nearly $2,400 at signup. The home page and the telehealth page print the same number as a plain monthly rate, with no qualifier attached. Tirzepatide is also priced differently by channel, so which number applies depends on whether a buyer walks in or logs in.

How it works

Programs are built around a three-phase structure combining medication with nutrition coaching, InBody analysis, blood work and weekly check-ins. That is a fuller clinical wrapper than a mail-order intake, and it is the reason the price is described as a program rather than a medication charge.
Pricing transparency
The advertised figures are $199 a month for a semaglutide-based program and $399 for tirzepatide on the home page, with phentermine at $149. The telehealth page prices the same semaglutide injection at $199 but tirzepatide at $299, and adds oral semaglutide at $239 and oral tirzepatide at $339. The product pages settle what $199 actually is: both state it as the price per month for a 12-month plan paid in full. No month-to-month rate is published anywhere. The purchase page's own copy names a different telehealth brand entirely, which is a poor advertisement for the care taken over these pages.
Branded vs compounded
Compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide by injection, with oral versions of both on the telehealth side.
