The FAQ names a third charge, a $9.99 monthly membership, and states that consultation fees and medication costs are billed apart from it. The figure on the product page is therefore one of at least three amounts a buyer pays. Two of the three carry a number. The consultation fee and the shipping line do not, which leaves the monthly total with no published value.
