Our verdict
PlexusDx publishes a milligram range for every protocol, states a membership fee of zero, and lays all three commitment rungs out on the product page itself. The problem is which rung becomes the headline. Semaglutide injection reads Starts at $149 while the tier table underneath shows $189 month to month, $169 on three months and $149 only on six. Tirzepatide does the same, with $289, $269 and $249. The $129 entry price is a different product again, a microdose protocol whose route and molecule the provider selects, so it is not a semaglutide injection a buyer can ask for.

Branded vs compounded
Compounded semaglutide at 0.25mg to 2.0mg weekly and compounded tirzepatide at 2.5mg to 15mg weekly, both as subcutaneous injections, plus oral tablet versions of each. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, efficacy or quality before dispensing.
