Our verdict
TeleClinic publishes two price stories that never meet. The treatment pages call $79 and $149 intro rates, and say the rate is locked for the life of the membership. The homepage prints a $139 first-quarter rate above a $199 standard rate, naming no molecule. Neither member figure matches the quarterly totals sold on the same site, which work out at $60 and $133 a month. What governs from month four is left for the reader to guess.

How it works
A free online questionnaire is reviewed by a US-licensed physician within 24 to 48 hours, with no video visit required. Prescriptions go to Rush Pharmacy, a licensed 503A compounder, and refills renew every 30 days after a weight check-in. Dosage can be adjusted or the plan paused at any point.
Pricing transparency
Compounded semaglutide is $79 for the first month, or $179 for the first three months together. Tirzepatide is $149 for the first month, or $399 for the first three. A separate member-rate panel prints an intro rate of $139 a month for the first quarter and a standard rate of $199 after that. Neither of those panel figures matches either quarterly total, which come to $60 and $133 a month. The price is stated to cover the consultation, the medication, shipping and ongoing support.
