Compounded semaglutide starts at $99 a month on a three-month package and compounded tirzepatide at $166, with the line "Membership required to access medications" printed directly under both. That membership is $99 a month, $49 for the first, and Shapely states in writing that medication is not included in it. The all-in floor is therefore $198 and $265.
